Like pancakes? Love Caramel? This Puff Pancake is for you!

Puff Pancake
Serves: around 4
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in 9x13-inch pan, then pour batter over it.
- Bake for 20 minutes. It will be puffy, but will fall in time.
- Serve immediately.
- Is good with any kind of syrup, powdered sugar, or for a very special treat, ice cream. The caramel syrup listed below is our favorite!
*Note: Eat with Caramel Syrup for the BEST tasting-result!!

Caramel Syrup
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
- Melt butter in a large saucepan.
- Add rest of the ingredients, except vanilla.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Continue to boil and stir for 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla.
