Going back to the basics with this Apple Crisp by using just five simple ingredients!

Apple Crisp
Ingredients:
- 6 c. apples (sliced thin) -preferably Jonathan
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. white or whole wheat flour
- 1 c. quick oatmeal (uncooked)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pare apples and slice thin. Arrange slices in greased 9x13-inch pan.
- Combine oatmeal, sugar, and flour. Cut in butter.
- Sprinkle mixture over apples.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Best when served fresh out of the oven with a scoop of ice cream!
