Skillet Chili and Chips
Serves: about 5
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- minced onion, to taste
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 2- 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
- Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until meat is brown. Drain off fat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Serve with tortilla chips!
