Ham and Cheese Quiche
Yield: one 9-inch pie pan

Ingredients
- prepared pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 T. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- dash nutmeg
- dash black pepper
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 c. shredded cheese (I use mostly sharp cheddar with some mozzarella)
- 1 c. diced ham
- 1/3 c. shredded carrots
- parsley for garnish
Directions
- Prepare and bake previous No-Roll Pie Crust recipe
- Sprinkle around 2 T. of cheese immediately on hot, baked pie crust to cover holes.
- Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour into crust. Sprinkle top with parsley for garnish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- Let set 10-15 minutes before serving.

Mix the ingredients.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over holes in baked, hot crust.
